How are the Standard Booths and the Open Booth different?

For the Standard Booths, the VIMF assembles the booth, and for the Open Booths, only the space is provided.
The following shows the list of items that VIMF provides for one Standard Booths:
white panel partition, fascia board with company name , wall-to-wall carpet inside booth, one table, two chairs, two fluorescent lights, one power socket 5apm single phase, one waste basket, needle carpet in booth.

Who is responsible for the theft of and damage to exhibited goods?

The organizing secretariat will have 24-hour security guards during the preparation of the exhibition, during the exhibition and when dismantling it in order to protect the participating companies’ booths and exhibited goods.
However, the final responsibility of the exhibited goods lies on the participating companies that the participating companies should pay attention to managing their exhibited goods. In particular, we recommend the participants to separately get insurance for expensive exhibited goods and equipment.

How many badges do I receive with my booth?

Each exhibiting company is allotted (5) five complimentary badges for each 9sqm of exhibit space purchased. A USD 10 fee will be assessed for each badge produced over the complimentary allotment. No refunds will be issued for badges purchased but not used.

What are the exhibition timings?

The exhibition will take place over 3 days:
Day 1 - 6th Nov
09:00AM - 05:00PM 

Day 2 - 7th Nov
09:00AM - 05:00PM 

Day 3 - 8th Nov
09:00AM - 04:00PM

How many exhibitors are going to be there?

There will be close to 360 exhibitors from countries including Singapore,Thailand, China, Indonesia, Myanmar, Malaysia, Japan, Italy, Korea, Taiwan, UK and USA etc.

What is the program/agenda of the event?

FOHOTO DANANG 2022 is a 3 day exhibitions taking place alongside a technical conference, business matching, live demo, robot performance. You will see live products and solutions at display during the event and can attend these technical conference sessions as per your interest. The detailed conference program is available on website.

What is the charges/fee to attend?

FOHOTO DANANG 2022 is free to attend for all business visitors. While to attend, the concurrent technical conference has to online pre-register or contact to organizer for registration

How do I request a Visa Letter of Invitation?

Invitation letters are for each petitioner’s individual use only and are not transferable. The organizers of FOHOTO 2022 will not issue blanket, group or family letters. The organizers of FOHOTO will also not issue letters for individuals under the age of 18. This letter is for registered international attendees and exhibitors only

The requirements and amount of time needed to obtain an visa will vary from country to country. We recommend that you obtain your visa no later than 3 weeks from the event. Last-minute visa applications run the risk of not being approved in time for the event by the Embassy or Consulate.

I have not registered online; can I register when I arrive?

Yes, simply fill up the ‘visitor registration form’ and submit at Walk In Counter. You are encouraged to attach your business card to the form. You must be older than 18 years to visit the event.


Where do I go when I arrive at FOHOTO 2022 Da Nang ?

If you per-registered for the exhibition, you should have received your registration confirmation email Or visitor code when you registered. Bring along the code to ‘Pre-Registration’ Counter and collect your name badge and complimentary show directory. The registration area is located in main entrance at exhibition hall. The procedure is same for the international attendees. The badge is valid for all show days
